We do not ship to countries where sex toys are prohibited or where mail service cannot be guaranteed by USPS.
If you live in a country that isn't on our list, but allows the import of sex toys, then please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Items that are "In Stock" ship within 3 business days.
Items that are listed as "Ships in 2 weeks or less" will ship in two weeks or less.
Items that are out of stock can't be purchased and you will need to wait until we catch up in the manufacturing que
Once your Mini Love Dolls has shipped, the estimated shipping times are as follows.
Shipping within the USA - 2 - 5 days
Shipping to Canada and Europe - 5-10 days
Shipping to Australia and New Zealand - 5-12 days
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases?
A: Unfortunately, we do not. In an effort to minimize fraud, Paypal requires that all packages be signed for. If you can't have your package shipped to your home address, then we suggest a 3rd party package service like Mailboxes Etc that can sign for your package and hold it for you.
Q: I accidentally used the wrong shipping address when placing my order. Can you change the shipping address?
A: Unfortunately, we can't. Again, in an effort to minimize fraud, Paypal requires us to ship to the address that was given. The only way to change your shipping address is to refund your original order and have you submit a new order. However, you will be charged the Paypal transaction fee from the original order.

A: Yes!
Whether you are in the USA or overseas, your Mini Love Doll will be packed in plain brown box with discrete labeling. There are no logos or markings on the outside of the box that will reveal what's inside. International shipments may require additional labeling packed in an external envelope on the box for customs, which is discrete as well. Our products move quite smoothly through customs and your mailman will never know what's in the box.
