Purchasing from our website or catalogues
You must be over 18 to buy anything from us. By purchasing from us you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from Mini Love Dolls. No contract for such goods is formed until we accept the order by shipping the goods to you.
It is your responsibility to verify that your email address is correct and working. You assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.
Data Protection
Please note that by sending us your order, you allow us to use your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms), for marketing and other purposes. We will ask for your permission if we wish to use your details for any other reason (and you may ask us in writing to remove your details from our system by writing to us at our address). Price
The price shall be the price quoted on the website except for when we make an error. If we have made an error, then we will inform you of this as soon after you have placed your order as possible and will tell you the correct price, asking you if you still wish to place your order with us. If we have not heard back from you within 7 days, then we will presume that you did not want to place your order again with us and we will give you a full refund if you have already paid.
You may be required to pay extra for shipping and delivery and this charge will be added at the checkout page.
Payments and Delivery
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cardsas well as various digital wallets like Apple Pay. Your charges will be billed as 'MCT LLC', or if you choose to pay with a card through PayPal it will show up as 'MCT LLC' on your card statement. Your card will be charged as soon as your order has been placed.
We will deliver to the address given to us by you when you place your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 7 days once manufactured. However as with all mail order companies, please allow a little longer for couriers such as UPS, FedEx DHL and USPS to deliver your order. Therefore please allow 28 days for delivery. Our average delivery time is under 7 days for US with International times subject to distance and courier service chosen.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to any address other than the billing address, however in the majority of cases we will deliver to the delivery address the customer has requested.
All claims for shortages and damages must be reported to our customer service department within 1 days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer - and if you overshoot this a little give us a try - we might still be able to help.
Orders are dispatched from our premises Monday to Friday, and we manufacture 5 days a week (with weekends as off days). This means, depending on stock levels and demand, that orders may take from between 6-8 weeks to manufacture and dispatch. This can sometimes be higher, if we have a backlog of orders.
Reviews

Gift Certificates
Mini Love Dolls Gift Certificates must be redeemed online on the bad-dragon.com website. Gift Certificates are redeemable only as store credit to purchase any items on the Mini Love Dolls website, subject to the restrictions listed in the Store Credit section of these Terms.
Mini Love Dolls will provide Gift Certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of Mini Love Dolls Gift Certificates that they purchase. To view Mini Love Dolls Gift Certificate balances, visit 'My Account.
Limitations
Gift Certificates cannot be copied, reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
Gift Certificates can only be redeemed in their entirety. Thus, if you have a $100 gift certificate, you must redeem all $100 into store credit on any one account.
Gift Certificates do not expire.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, or the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Mini Love Dolls is not responsible for gift certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
Fraud
Mini Love Dolls retains the right to close customer accounts, cancel orders and/or bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Mini Love Dolls Gift Certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on bad-dragon.com.

IN THE EVENT A MINI LOVE DOLLS GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL. YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH MINILOVEDOLLS.COM GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to Mini Love Dolls Gift Certificates will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida without regard to choice of law provisions. By purchasing, receiving or redeeming a Gift Certificate you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Pinellas County, Florida and of the United States of America for the District of Florids and agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to a Gift Certificate may be brought only in such courts.
General Terms
Mini Love Dolls Gift Certificates are issued by MCT LLC (dba Mini Love Dolls). Mini Love Dolls reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
Previously expired Gift Certificates
Store Credit
Mini Love Dolls allows you to maintain a 'store credit' balance associated with your Mini Love Dolls online account. This store credit can be used to pay for anything on the Mini Love Dolls online store, subject to the following exceptions:

You may not purchase Gift Certificates with store credit.
Unused Store Credit cannot be transferred.
Store Credit does not expire.
Store Credit can be used to pay in full or in part for any order placed via the online account with which it is associated.
Store Credit Notes
when your account has a Store Credit balance, the balance will be shown at the top of each page when you log in.
To use Store Credit to pay for an order, simply complete the checkout as normal, and on the 'Payment Method' page, ensure that the payment method selected is 'Store Credit', or in the case of partial payment, that the 'Use Store Credit Balance' check box is selected.
Please do not stop or restart the checkout process once you have pressed 'submit' on this payment processing page; at this point your order will be saved, and store credit will be debited from your account in order to pay for your order.
If for some reason you are unable to complete payment for your order with store credit, you can resume the checkout from the 'Open Orders' section of 'My Account'. You will also be able to change the payment method used for any partial payment or if you have additional store credit, you may apply this to your order.

The benefit of any contract entered into with us is personal to you and only you can enforce the contractual terms.

Availability of Goods You Order
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible, at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.
Cancellation and Return
Due to the nature of the products we sell we only accept returns on items that are defective, which of course we will be happy to replace. We reserve the right to refuse out-of-warranty returns of toys, but we will be as flexible as we can. Contact us if you find yourself in this situation and we'll do our best to help you out.
We reserve the right not to refund our standard shipping charge if items are returned for refund.
Please remember that you have a duty of care with any goods that are in your possession which you intend to return. We therefore recommend that you ensure all returns are made with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged. Failure of this may result in an excess charge being made to cover the repackaging costs and any loss in value of the item.
Should you choose to return an item to us we recommend that you send it via a Recorded delivery method to ensure its safe return. Please include an explanation for the return of the items in the package to limit any delay, along with the email address you ordered from us with.
All cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Orders processed through Paypal will incur an additional 3% plus 0.30$ to cover Paypal seller fees that Paypal does not refund.
Delivery

We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty.
We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; iii) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.
